PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure to fix a male joint metal fixture to a concrete form in such a way that a positioning flange holds a joining body which comes out of the hole of a side frame in the concrete form and is pressed against the side frame. SOLUTION: In the fixing structure, the male joint metal fixture is fixed to a predetermined location of the side frame to form a joint surface of a concrete form product in such a way that the mounting flange is located inside the side frame and that the joining body with a fastening groove in a middle comes outside through the hole of the side frame. A cap 16 in which a pair of notches 17 corresponding to the fastening groove 7 of the joining body 6 are formed is attached to the male part 1 in the joint metal fixture A. The outer circumference of the tip of the cap 16 is provided with a tapered or stepped surface 23 which matches with the tapered or stepped hole 4 bored in the side frame 2. A pair of engaging edges 18 to be engaged with the fastening groove 7 of the joining body 6 via the notches 17 of the cap 16 are formed inside the lower part of a tightener 19 to be fitted and attached to the cap 16 from its opening part. A bolt 21 to push up the cap 14 is spirally engaged with an end plate 20 corresponding to the face plate 24 of the cap 16.
