PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and convenient removing device for marine life etc., to remove attachment of the marine life etc., from a wall of an underwater structure by using natural power of wave, tidal power, etc., without using chemicals, etc., the device is made of a large number of buoyant bodies to carry out removing work of the attachment and capable of efficiently removing the attachment of the marine organism, etc., by repeating collision against the wall of the underwater structure by deforming while setting it a float. SOLUTION: This removing device for the marine life etc., to remove the marine life etc., while making the removing device float and collide around and against a surface or the circumference of the underwater or the undersea structure of a steel pipe pile, etc., constitutes its characteristic feature of furnishing the underwater or undersea structure with a support attached on the structure and a protective wire wound around a part or all of the circumference of the structure as well as supported on the support and installing the marine life removing device to rise up to the sea level and to go up and down by the wave power or the tidal power, etc., on the support free to move up and down.
