Spongy allogen biomaterial Alloplant of cell diametre 100 to 250 mcm is applied on a wound renal surface. It is covered with membrane biomaterial Alloplant to be fixed to renal capsule. ^ EFFECT: method provides appropriate wound healing, stimulated regeneration of renal parenchyma and its connective-tissue tunic without fibrosis, recovered anatomic and physiological kidney integrity, physiological fixation with preserving kidney lability, prevented nephroptosis and floating kidney syndrome. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex |
