<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock device capable of preventing a lever from swinging unexpectedly as much as possible when a vehicle collides against an object. <P>SOLUTION: This door locking device is provided with a latch mechanism, an open lever, an inside door handle lever, and a lock lever. This door locking device is constituted to arrange the open lever at a non-release position through the lock lever when the inside door handle lever 190 is arranged at a first position by operating an inside door handle, arrange the open lever at a release position through the lock lever when the lever 190 is moved to a second position from the first position by operating the handle, and move the open lever in the direction of release when the lever 190 is moved to a third position by operating the handle.
