The present invention relates to a water-insoluble material evaluating method and an evaluating system thereof which enable prediction even without a solubility measurement test. The method comprises the following steps of: generating chemical structure information of target materials; calculating a nonpolar solubility parameter, a polar solubility parameter, and a hydrogen bonding solubility parameter of the target materials; calculating a water-insoluble feature value of the target materials; and evaluating the calculated water-insoluble feature value based on quantitative criteria.
