Disclosed is a fixing device for removing a pipe, which improves stability of work and efficiency of work by shutting off a leakage of a chemical solution in a resin tube to an outside when removing a pipe of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The present invention comprises: a body part having a receiving part in which a receiving groove is depressed on the inner side at a front end and having a bypassing area in a certain section; a pressurizing part received in the body part to be moved forward and backward and having a pressure head unit exposed to the inside of the bypassing unit of the front end; and a driving unit installed at an end of the body part to be rotated and moving the pressurizing unit forward and backward.
