The process for moulding a plate having a trellis structure makes use of a mould comprising three parts (12, 13, 14). The part (12) is fixed to the frame of an injection-moulding machine, the part (14) is mounted on the device for opening and closing the mould and the part (13) is a slide cooperating with the part (14) and moving in a direction (16) perpendicular to the direction (15) of opening and closing the mould. Seen from the outside, the slide (13) separates from the part (12) in a direction making an angle (4) with respect to the plane of the plate (1). The plate made from synthetic material, having I-shaped meshes, is used for the fabrication of pallets. <IMAGE>
