PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink device for a rotary press capable of facilitating an assurance of a fountain operating space in a vertical direction and fixing an ink fountain by a predetermined clamping force without tool. SOLUTION: In the ink device for the rotary press comprising the ink fountain roller 6 rotatably supported to left and right frames 1 and 2 and an ink fountain 3 supported approachably to and separably from the roller 6, the fountain 3 is provided switchably at a fixed position approached to the roller 6, a separated position separated from the roller 6 and an intermediate position provided between the fixed position and the separated position, and a switching means 5 for switching the fountain 3 by a rotating operation of a lock handle 15 so as to be positioned at each of the three positions is provided. |
