PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a porous filter using charcoal as there is no porous filter using charcoal though there is activated carbon using charcoal. SOLUTION: In the manufacture of the porous filter by carbonizing wood waste, at first, wood is carbonized, and obtained char is fined to powder of 1-10 mm diameter, and acid, alkali or gaseous material is used as an oxidizing agent or natural gas or nitrogen may be used, and ore or carbide is used as a bonding agent. In the method, the ore is used as the bonding agent, and the charcoal powder being a main starting material, the oxidizing agent and the bonding agent are mixed to form a kneaded material, and the kneaded material is heated and pressurized to obtain the porous filter. |
