PURPOSE:To take out a high SN line sequential signal with reducing a spurious chrominance signal, and color shaking at every hue line at an edge in a vertical direction, then coinciding simultaneously by providing a circuit which coincides and takes out each input of delay elements connected in series at every 1/2 of a cycle period with a switching signal. CONSTITUTION:At a subtractor 18, a signal (d) is obtained by subtracting a signal, the level, of which is reduced to 1/2 of a signal (b) from an input signal (a), and the signal (d) is changed to a noise signal (e) making pass through a non-linear circuit 19, and at an adder 20, a signal (c) the signal (e) are added, thereby a signal (f) being obtained, and at a switch circuit 10, a signal 9g) in which the signal (f) is delayed by 1H, and the signal (c) are coincided, then being taken out. At such a time, a noise component can be taken out with a cyclic type of comb line filter, and also, since a coinciding output is interpolated with a signal which averages a signal of in out of upper and lower signals, it can be taken out without generating hue shaking or the spurious chrominance signal.
