摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the production ratio, yield SI, RI and RDI of a sintered ore having the same degree as in the case of using a serpentine by distributing dolomite as a sintering auxiliary material priority in the lower layer part of a pallet in a sintering machine and sintering ore having high crystallization water. SOLUTION: A segregating charging device (SSW) is applied in the supply of raw material and the dolomite powder is distributed priority in the lower layer part which has thermal surplus, of the pallet in the sintering machine. As a result, the uniformity in the layer direction is obtd. and the sintering state is improved and the delay of the production of calcium ferrite(CF) causing to the deterioration of productivity is prevented. Further, the fluidity is improved by fusing MgO and the adverse effect to the strength is prevented. The aggravations of the productivity, strength, shutter intensity(SI), reduction intensity(RI) and reducing degradation intensity(RDI), etc., in the same SiO2 and MgO levels and the same unit requirement of powdery coke, are not observed and the same result as to use the serpentine is obtd. without fining the dolomite grain and also, needing supplemental equipment.
