PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is desirable that steam, air, fats and oils, and foreign matter are separated from a waste gas generated out of a steam cleaning apparatus, a liquid and solid are discarded, and a gas is circulated, but, when using a cycrone filter, high motive power for a blower is required to deteriorate energy efficiency and, when using steam, the temperature of the gas to be circulated increases, thereby requiring for installation of a cooling apparatus in a system. SOLUTION: A blower, a cyclone filter, and a cooling apparatus are integrated to give a compact waste gas treatment apparatus. The apparatus is pressure-increased by a centrifugal force by a rotating impeller and generates pressure for circulation and at the same time decelerates the high speed swirling current generated by the rotary impeller or leads the current to the cyclone filter as it is high speed current without restoring the pressure to carry out centrifugal separation and therefore, the energy efficiency is high. At that time, waste gas is cooled and consequently, condensation is caused while fats and oils and foreign matter become cores to efficiently separate the fats and oils and foreign matter.
