METHOD FOR SYNTHESIS OF (S)-AZIRIDINE-2-CARBOXYAMIDE AND (R)-AZIRIDINE-2-CARBOXYAMIDE, AND INTERMEDIATE PRODUCTS OF SYNTHESIS

摘要

There is worked out a novel method for synthesis (S)-aziridine-2-carboxyamide and (R)-aziridine-2-carboxyamide, that provides obtaining both enantiomers by one scheme from (R)- or (S)-methyl-1-tritylaziridine-2-carboxylate by one-top technology process with high-percentage yield of products having outstanding superiority of enantiomers. There are offered new intermediate products for obtaining chiral-type of aziridine-2-carboxyamide.
