The present invention provides a device to refine a magnetic domain of a directional electric steel plate capable of stably radiating a laser beam, wherein the device forms a groove in a width direction of a steel plate by radiating a laser beam to improve an iron loss of a directional electric steel plate. According to the present invention, the device to refine a magnetic domain of a directional electric steel plate comprises: a diagonally driving control facility enabling the steel plate to straightly move along a center of a production line without being leaned to a left and right side; a tension control facility applying tension to the steel plate to maintain a flatly spread steel plate; a steel plate support roll position control facility including a steel plate support roll supporting the steel plate in a position of a laser irradiation facility, controlling vertical direction positions of the designated steel plate while supporting the steel plate; the laser irradiation facility melting the steel plate by radiating the laser beam, and having a groove on a surface of the steel plate; a molten iron removing facility removing molten iron existing in the groove to accurately form the groove on the surface of the steel plate; and a critical contact angle forming facility forming a critical contact angle in accordance with a diameter of the steel plate support roll on a condition of a deflection rate of the steel plate support roll in order for the steel plate to receive a fixated pressure when passing through the steel plate support roll position control facility as a contact unit of the steel plate support roll and the steel plate is in contact with the steel plate support roll. |
