In a sight glass indicator a vane 15 is rotat- ably mounted on a spindle 16 provided with ends 17, which may be spring loaded, engaged in bearings 18 secured in windows 12 and the whole assembly is held in position in a housing 11 against sealing rings 25, 24 by an apertured cover 20 secured by bolts 21. A flow deflection member 19 or spout 52 is provided in the inlet 28. In a further embodiment a single pivotal blade replaces the rotary vane.</p> |
