<p>PURPOSE:To hold the protective device of the molded stabilizer utilizing a concave part, and to equip the protective device after molding to facilitate the equipping work of the protective device by a method wherein the concave part is formed at a part of the mold layer of the molded stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:The main body 1 of the stabilizer and a capacitor 2 are fixed to an equipping pedestal 3, the equipping pedestal 3 is made as the first magnetic shielding plate, moreover the upper part of the main body 1 is covered with the second magnetic shielding plate 4 and the main body 1 and the capacitor 2 are connected with a lead wire 5. The main body 1 and the capacitor 2 are put in a metal mold, a forming material consisted mainly of a thermosetting resin is poured in the metal mold, and the mold layer 6 is formed to integrate the whole in one body. The concave part 7 is formed at an optional position of the mold layer 6, and the protective device 8 is inserted in the concave part 7 to be held. The concave part 71 is formed with a bent piece 31 of the equipping pedestal 3, the protective device 8 is inserted in the concave part 71 to be held, and lead wires are led out from grooves 72 provided on the both side walls to facilitate the equipping work of the protective device 8.</p> |
