PURPOSE: To display a picture having no error with respect to the picture intended by an operator by correcting an X-axis address with an address correcting circuit. CONSTITUTION: X-axis address data among the X-axis address data, Y-axis address data and pixel data to be outputted from a graphic processor 14 are applied to an address correcting circuit 16. A subtrahend generator 16a included in the address correcting circuit 16 outputs a numeric value X1αobtained by multiplying a reference coordinate X1 byαwhile receiving a plotting command including the reference coordinate X1 . Consequently, the subtracter 16b in the address correcting circuit 16 subtracts the numeric value X1αfrom the X-axis address data to output the subtracted result as new X-axis address data. Pixel data are written in a memory 18 according to the X-axis address data and the Y-axis address data and, thereafter, respective pixel data are read out with a clock frequency and the pixel data are outputted to a monitor 20 according to a pixel clock frequency. |
