PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in performance of a boiling/cooling device since the flow of a condensation refrigerant opposes that of refrigerant causing deterioration in circulation. SOLUTION: A refrigerant tank 3 has a projection 4 being provided where one portion of an upper-end plate 3a for forming an upper wall surface is being inclined in a chevron shape. On the upper-end surface of the projection 4, a steam outlet 5 is opened. A radiator has a heater 6 and a tube 7. The header 6 is nearly erected on the upper-end surface at the projection 4 where the steam outlet 5 is opened. The tube 7 is provided at left and right sides to the header 6, one end is inserted into a long hole 6a that is opened on the side of the header 6, and the other is inserted into a liquid return port that is opened at the upper-end plate 3a of the refrigerant tank 3. Thus, the refrigerant steam is allowed to flow into the projection 4 for passing through the steam outlet 5, and for flowing into the header 6 when the liquid refrigerant stored in to the refrigerant tank 3 is subjected to the heat of an electrical heating element 2 for boiling. |
