The air conditioning exterior housing includes a compressor to compress a heat exchange liquid. A condenser condenses the heat exchange liquid compressed by the compressor and feeds back the condensed liquid. A fan increases the condensation efficiency of the condenser. A casing (1) to protect the condenser, fan (4) and the electrical unit , includes an upper servicing space (1a).
