PURPOSE: A torque sensor is provided to reduce the number of components by composing a detecting sensor of a rotation angle to be able to detect the rotation angle inside a detecting sensor of torque, and to be easily produce. CONSTITUTION: When a driver rotates a steering wheel, an input shaft(2) is rotated. When the input shaft is rotated, a torque is detected between an output rotor(8) by rotating an input rotor(7). When the output rotor(8) is rotated, a protrusion of saw tooth(110) is rotated. Thereby a rotation angle is detected by repeating on/off of a switch(120) as the number of the protrusion of saw tooth(110) passed to the rotating direction. That is, the rotation angle is obtained by multiplying 0.5 to the number of on/off according to the protrusion of saw tooth because the angle of one protrusion of saw tooth(110) is formed every 0.5degree.
