PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor which can firmly connect a capacitor cell and a seat plate with a satisfactory assembly performance and moreover can make its occupancy space on a circuit board as small as possible. SOLUTION: In an electronic double-layer capacitor 10 having a seat plate 21 mounted to a coin-shaped capacitor cell 11, an accommodation recess 24 for the cell 11 is formed by a surrounding wall 23 on a planar board part 22 of the seat plate 21, one end 311 of one lead terminal 31 making contact with one electrode surface 121 of the cell 11 is positioned within the recess 24, the other end 312 of the terminal 31 is bent so as to creep into to the bottom surface side of the board 22 through an end edge thereof, and the other terminal 32 is disposed, extending along the other electrode surface 131 of the cell 11 and the bottom surface of the board 22. |
