PURPOSE: A method and a device for processing a photo using a telephone and the Internet are provided to enhance the service quality by using a database management for a customer, provide the convenience to a user by overcoming the limits of time and space and make an administrator facilitate an advertisement and market development. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of analyzing information needed by a customer by connecting a photo processing(developing, printing, enlarging, photographing and delivering) web site via the Internet and inputting the customer information, searching a corresponding administrator by analyzing the inputted information, confirming the customer information of the searched administrator by a mail service, receiving the photo at the customer's place by receiving the confirmed customer information from the corresponding administrator, processing the received work, and delivering the processed work.
