PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ventilator with high adaptability capable of satisfying the structure of a house and the individual demand of users. SOLUTION: In a ventilator having a timer part 7 started by a timer- operating command by a final controlling element 6 and provided with a controlling means 4 receiving the output of this timer 7 to operate a blower 1 for a predetermined time, the operating mode of the blower 1 after the completion of the timer operation by the timer 7 can be preset by the final controlling element 6.
