PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication performance by performing scheduling with high accuracy even when speed of change in propagation channel differs for each user terminal.

SOLUTION: The wireless communication apparatus is provided with: a receiving means for receiving feedback information indicating a state of wireless channel from each of communication terminals; a storage means 112 for storing received feedback information; a determining means 113 for determining correlation value between received latest feedback information and old feedback information stored previously; a measuring means 111 for measuring a delay time from when the feedback information is requested until it is received; a generation means 114 for generating a reliability parameter of the feedback information according to the correlation value and the delay time; and a selection means 115 for selecting two or more communication terminals for performing simultaneous communication by spatial division multiplexing from among the plurality of communication terminals according to the latest feedback information and the reliability parameter.
