PURPOSE:To make accurate the observation of junctures of two pickup devices, by keeping the phase difference of two pickup devices, to a specified value, synchronizing it with the reference horizontal synchronizing signal, and switching the horizontal scanning line of both the pickup devices at the center of the reference synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION:A specified phase difference is kept between the 1st and 2nd video signals H1 and H2 through the output of the reference signal generating circuit and it is synchronized with the reference horizontal synchronizing signal S. H1 is delayed with the S by (t1-t0)+B+delta1 and the H2 is delayed by (t1-t0-delta2) than the S for synchronism, where B is blanking width, and delta1, delta2 are margin. The H1 and H2 are switched with a switching signal T at the middle of the synchronizing signal of S between delta1+delta2 around the trailing of H1 and leading of H2. Thus, the left side of the horizontal scanning line is H1 and the right side is H2, the sections are produced at the middle of a monitor picture, and the state is shown in Figs. I, II, III. Thus, the sections can be accurately monitored while fixing two sets of cameras which are fixed, allowing to use it for broader width such as steel plate for good accuracy. |
