PURPOSE:To make a mark multi-colored and clarified by forming the coating layer having various colors on the surface of a base metal in plural layers, then by removing upto the necessary color layer by projecting laser light. CONSTITUTION:The 1st-4th paints 2, 3, 4, 5 having various colors are coated in layers in order on a base metal 1 respectively. Then, laser light is projected on the necessary pattern part, the laser energy is controlled as well and upto the layers of paint in the necessary depth are respectively removed. In this way, a multicolor mark can be formed by changing an exposing layer. Moreover, the mark having good contrast is formed due to the majority of the laser light being absorbed in the paint. Consequently the multi-coloring and clarification of the mark are enabled. |
