PURPOSE:To attain the transmission from a transmission line interface section to a line setting section while keeping a signal at a high speed as it is by adopting the constitution that a wander in a transmission line is absorbed by the 1st frame aligner and the delay of a signal through a cable in a device is absorbed by the 2nd frame aligner. CONSTITUTION:A digital signal of frame constitution is inputted from a transmission lines 14-17 to transmission line interface sections 1-4. The wander of the input signal by the transmission line is absorbed by the frame aligners 1-4 provided to the transmission interface sections 1-4 and the result is arranged to the prescribed phase of the device. The signal whose phase is arranged in the device is transferred from the transmission line interface section 1-4 to the line setting section 9 through in-device cables 18-21. In the in-device cables 18-21 from each transmission line interface section to a common section, each transmission signal subject to propagation delays proportional to the cable length is arranged for the phase by frame aligners 10-13 of the line setting section 9. |
