PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the inexpensive mass production of a data carrier suitable as an air tag by loading an electronic part module so that it straddles spiral conductor patterns. SOLUTION: A data carrier DC has a data carrier main body 100 where spiral conductor patterns (antenna coils) 102 formed of copper foil are held on one face of a polyethylene terephthalate substrate 101 and an electronic part module 200 where a bear chip IC 202 is mounted on a small piece 201 formed of glass epoxy. In the module 200, the small piece 201 is loaded on the data carrier main body 100 so that it straddles (crosses) a circular conductor bundle 102a constituting the conductor patterns 102. Electric connection with the conductor patterns 102 is executed in the inner peripheral terminal pad 103 and the outer peripheral terminal pad 104 of the conductor patterns 102.
