PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew formation on a wind deflector by forming a curved wind path enlarging part on the wall part of a blowing circuit facing the upstream side end face of the wind deflector thereby preventing the blowing wind from being disturbed or the velocity thereof from being decreased. SOLUTION: Cooling air 9 from the upstream side of a blowing circuit is divided into a pressure face side cooling air 9b and a negative pressure face side cooling air 9a of a wind deflector 5. Resistance of the wind path is decreased by ensuring the distance between the upstream side end face of the wind deflector 5 and the wall face of a blowing circuit excessively at a curved wind path enlarging part 7. Consequently, velocity decrease or disturbance of the downstream component 9a' of the negative pressure face side cooling air 9a is suppressed and high temperature high moisture indoor air can 10 be entrained. Furthermore, stripping of the downstream component 9a' from the negative pressure face of the wind deflector 5 is prevented while preventing dew formation on the wind deflector 5 and frocking work of the wind deflector 5 can be eliminated.
