<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time from the re-drawing of a signal to the determination of synchronization sharply without using a frame asynchronous signal of a frame synchronization circuit, and to detect false drawing entirely by only a demodulator. <P>SOLUTION: False drawing is detected by only a demodulator without using the frame asynchronous signal of a frame synchronization circuit.
