PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus where a heat-generating component is cooled efficiently according to the layout and the heating value of the heat-generating component while securing assembling workability, and which is small and inexpensive. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes a heat sink 2 wherein the heat-generating component 11 is fitted on the upper surface of a base 21, and two or more cooling fins 22 are provided on the back surface of the base 21; a case 3 with a U-shaped cross section which forms a wind tunnel becoming a ventilation space of cooling air and houses the cooling fins 22; and a cooling fan 12 provided at the case 3 for forcedly introducing the cooling air to the cooling fins 22. Among two or more fin columns constituting the cooling fins 22, a straightening vane 4 which is curved from the bottom of the case 3 toward the back side of the base 21 is arranged, and the curved part 42 of the straightening vane 4 is arranged so as to oppose the heat-generating component 11 loaded on the base 21.
