PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed board capable of being mounted in an arcuately, band-shaped space that is difficult to ensure an enough board mounting space, and to provide a lens barrel having the flexible printed board. SOLUTION: The flexible printed board 15 disposed in the space whose cross section is arcuate and band-shaped includes the arcuate and band-shaped member and a connection member. More specifically, the printed board includes a plurality of the arcuate band-shaped member 16 mounting thereon electric components disposed at a plurality of arcuately cross sectional positions, band-shaped space and the connection members 17, 18 for foldably connecting the plurality of the arcuate and band-shaped members.
