PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack with the number of parts and man-hour reduced, with reduced cost of a molding die due to no undercut parts in the die structure, and capable of filling a gap between packed batteries and a case with a flange part, preventing internal exposure, and protecting the packed batteries. SOLUTION: The packed batteries 2 of the battery pack 1 is structured by making a board holder 23 in touch with side faces of unit batteries 21 with a protective circuit part 22 in a retained state. The board holder 23 is provided with a first side plate part 23a equipped with a circuit element insertion-coupling part 23c for fitting in a circuit element 22b of the protective circuit part 22, and a second side plate part 23b setting a first lead plate 22d along it. A flange part 23g is provided at an upper part of the first side plate part 23a with a protrusion width nearly equal with the sum of thicknesses of the board 22a and the circuit element 22b, that is, a thickness of a protective circuit board.
