PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein a conventional in-vehicle navigation system cannot set a moving target/person as an object. SOLUTION: In the case the moving target/person has a personal digital assistance with a built-in GPS receiver, the position of the personal digital assistance is registered in a position information database via a network, and an in-vehicle navigation system is connected to a server having the positional information database via the network, and then the positional information of the personal digital assistance is acquired from the position information database and is displayed.
