PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer circuit that suppresses characteristic deterioration caused by a device mismatch. SOLUTION: A plurality of switching transistors are connected in parallel in the mixer circuit, and respectively provided with a mechanism that can be turned on/off to have redundancy, and the influence of a device mismatch is reduced by preventing transistors with large variations from operating. A transistors with large variations are separately operated one by one with a differential combination in a calibration stage, and a transistor with large offset when inputting the same potentials is selected.
