METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RUBBER PRODUCT USING DEPROTEINIZED NATURAL RUBBER LATEX

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a dipped product having uniform and extremely thin film thickness and a thick film dipped product easily controlled in heat-sensitive characteristics by using natural rubber latex to which deproteinizing treatment is highly applied. SOLUTION: After protease and at least one kind of a water soluble polymer are added to natural rubber latex to apply deproteinizing treatment thereto, (I) at least a vulcanizing agent is compounded with the latex or (II) at least the vulcanizing agent and a heat sensitizer are compounded with the latex to obtain compounded rubber latex and a mold is dipped in this compounded rubber latex and the rubber film formed on the surface of the mold is vulcanized and dried.
