The present invention relates to a system and a method for transmitting a photo in real time by using a smart-phone, allowing a photo to be promptly stored in a cloud storage when the photo is photographed by a smartphone and be promptly transmitted to a selected one among a public safety related server, a driving insurance server and a parents smartphone. The system for transmitting a photo in real time by using a smart-phone comprises a smartphone application, a cloud storage, a public safety related server, a driving insurance server and a parents smartphone. The smartphone application loads previously set transmission information when taking a photo in accordance with a command by a user and promptly transmits the photo, which is photographed in accordance with the transmission information, without confirmation by the user. The cloud storage stores the photo received from the smartphone application and related phone numbers and promptly transmits the photo received in accordance with the related phone numbers without confirmation by the user. The public safety related server pursuits position information of a smartphone initially transmitting a photo when the photo is received from the cloud storage and promptly outputs or displays the photo together with the pursued position information on a screen and simultaneously stores the position information and the photo inside. The driving insurance server pursuits position information of a smartphone initially transmitting a photo when the photo is received from the cloud storage and promptly outputs or displays the photo together with the pursued position information on a screen and simultaneously stores the position information and the photo inside. The parents smartphone receives the photo from the cloud storage. |
