LASER BEAM MACHINE USING SURFACE PULSE MOTOR

PURPOSE:To provide the laser beam machine which features a small size, high accuracy and low cost by well matching the structure simplicity possessed by a surface pulse motor and the characteristics intrinsic to laser (beam) processing. CONSTITUTION:A stand 61 is provided with a revolving shaft 39 freely rotatable around its perpendicular axis and this revolving shaft 39 is provided with a mirror 52 for reflecting the laser beam from a laser oscillator 90. A moving element 20 of the surface pulse motor is also provided with a revolving shaft 34 freely rotatable around its perpendicular axis. The revolving shaft 39 is provided with a mirror 51 for reflecting the laser beam reflected by the mirror 52 toward a work. The revolving shafts 34, 39 are so driven that the two reflection mirrors irradiate the work with the laser beams even if the moving element 20 moves.
