PURPOSE:To enable to install a combustor in places in various circumstnaces, by forming the combustor into a flat form, so as to be able to obtain one-side radiation from a box type combustion section and a gas feeder body which is located under the combustion section, in the combustor in which full secondary air combustion is taken place in the combustion section, consisting of an inner combustion wall and an outer combustion wall, to the upper part of which a red-heated wall is continuously provided. CONSTITUTION:A box type combustion section 15 is monolithically formed by spot-welding 14 an inner combustion wall 10 which is provided with a plurality of small holes 9, and is formed into a U shape, to an outer combustion wall 13 which is provided with holes 11 of middle size in its infrared wall part A, and with holes 12 of small size in its lower part. The upper part of an outer combustion wall 13 is bent to make a combustion lid 16, and an inner wall 21 is provided to the back of an inner combustion wall 13, with its upper plate being combined with the combustion lid 16. An outer wall 24, jointed with a heatproof glass 23 is disposed in ront of an outer combustion wall 13. Besides a gass feeder body 25, which is provided with gas injecting ports 30 is fitted to the lower part of a box type combustion section 15 by the intermediary of projecting parts 31. With such an arrangement, a flat type combustor with radiation obtained from one side, is composed so as to make the best use of its characteristics as a full secondary air combustor, and it can be installed in places in various circumstances. |
