The pile fabric (1) is weaved with a weaving M/C. At this time, the length of pile is about 15 mm and the pile is set up and stiffened. After this process, the cotton fabric (3) is attached to the back side of pile fabric by using a bonding agent of latex so that it is not mobile and crumpled. The ink which is discriminated under the ultraviolet rays is painted and the desired pattern is carved with carving M/C under the UV, then the concavity of the pile fabric becomes a solid pattern.
