PURPOSE:To ensure stable power supply, by varying the output voltage from a generator in self power generating system when the value of detected power flow is zero and interrupting a link circuitbreaker if the value of power flow detected predetermined time later is zero again. CONSTITUTION:When the power flow goes to zero due to variation of a load system 5, a power flow detector 8 produces an output and an excessive motor 19 is driven. Consequently, output voltage from a generator 4 drops and power flows through a link section, and no output is produced from a power flow detector 8. Since a time limit circuit 16 maintains no-output state during this interval, a link circuitbreaker 3 is not interrupted through a drive mechanism 18. When the power flow at the link section goes to zero due to power interruption of an external power system 1, power does not flow through the link section even if the output voltage from the generator 4 is dropped. When the excessive motor 19 is driven through a power flow varying device 11 and a predetermined time elapses, the time limit circuit 16 produces an output to drive the drive mechanism 18 so as to interrupt the link circuitbreaker 3. |
