PURPOSE: A pillow is to provide the function of acupressure by using a head band for tightening the head by its own weight in sleep and a device for adjusting the height of the pillow for comfortable rest. CONSTITUTION: A band(A) of leather or similar material in the size of about 5cm of width, 110cm of length and 2mm of thickness comprises pin holes(E) at an end portion and a buckle(B) having pins(F) on the back and a binding ring band(C) on the other end portion. Both ends are joined with the buckle(B), the ring band(C) and a bind holders(D) to form two loops, the upper loop is to be hung on a support above the head and the other is to hold the head like a head band.
