A waterproof film (30) and an outer cover (40) are sequentially laminated on front side of the gas permeable layer (20) having several vent holes. A lining (10) is provided to the back side of the gas permeable layer to form a laminated layer. The laminated layers are cut for forming several cut edges which are bonded together. The bonded edges are stitched and a zipper (12) is attached to form a jacket (1).
