PURPOSE:To make manufacturing of a fiber-reinforced resin product easy, by a method wherein after formation of a fiber premolded body by winding a fiber in an appropriate form around a core by a filament winding method, the same is set within a mold and molded into a desired form by reflective injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A mandrel 1 is made into a condition wherein the same is coated with a core comprised of a movable tube 2 and the mandrel 1 is tuned and reciprocated linearly in an axial direction by a driving device. Then after a necessary fiber 3 pulled out from a roll 4 is immersed into an alcoholic solution 5 of alcohol-soluble nylon, the same is wound round an outer circumferential surface of the movable tube 2 and a fiber premolded body (lay-up) R is made. The lay-up R after the mandrel 1 is pulled out is set within a cavity 10 by bending by a hand so that it runs after a form of the cavity 10 and then an unreacting solution of resin performing reactive injection molding is filled out into the cavity 10, which is made to perform polymerization reaction and a fiber-reinforced resin product 20 in a U-shaped form is molded. |
