PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of protecting and holding persons to be relieved who may need relief in going out. SOLUTION: Persons 1 to be relieved who need emergency relief are previously registered in a wireless center 2, and each of the persons 1 to be relieved holds a transmitter 6 for emergency call. If the person 1 to be relieved needs emergency relief and makes a call through the transmitter 6, the wireless center 2 which has received the call notifies an emergency contact 3 of it to guide him/her to a place for the person 1 to be relieved. It is thus possible to promptly protect and hold persons 1 to be relieved in an emergency case.
