COIN CARRIE DEVICE AND COIN DEPOSITING/DISPENSING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin carrier device 21 capable of carrying deposited coins and dispensing coins by a single endless carrier belt 31. SOLUTION: A first carrier face region 34 carrying the coins thereon is provided in the outer surface of the carrier belt 31. A second carrier face region 35 carrying the coins thereon in the reverse direction to the carrying direction of the first carrier face region 34 is provided in the inner surface of the carrier belt 31. The deposited coins in the depositing are received and carried on the first carrier face region 34, divided according to the denominations from the first carrier face region 34 by a dividing means 36, and stored in a coin storing and discharging device 22. Dispensed coins at dispensing are discharged from the coin storing and discharging device 22 are received and carried on the second carrier face region 35 of the carrier belt 31 and dispensed from the second carrier face region 35 by a dispensing means 42. The carrier belt 31 can be used in common for the depositing and the dispensing so as to reduce the cost and save the space.
