<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an installation can not be compacted due to too many parts, and a problem that it is difficult to uniformly disperse and supply a waste paper raw material liquid into a treating tank in the longitudinal direction of an air-diffusing pipe. SOLUTION: This flotator is provided with at least two treating tanks 12a to 12d, an air-diffusing pipe 14 which is penetrated and disposed in the lower portion of the treating tanks 12a to 12d and on whose outer peripheral surface a plurality of air- diffusing ports 20a to 20d are formed, an air-supplying means for supplying compressed air into the air-diffusing pipe 14 to blow out bubbles from the air-diffusing ports 20a to 20d, raw material-introducing ports 26i which are opened just under the air- diffusing pipe 14 placed in the treating tanks 12a to 12d and are used to introduce a waste paper raw material liquid 11 to the treating tanks 12a to 12d, raw material- draining ports 26o for draining the waste paper raw material liquid 11 in the treating tanks 12a to 12d, and raw material-transferring passages 26 each used for connecting the raw material-draining port 26o of one treating tank to the raw material-introducing port 26i of the other treating tank to transfer the waste paper raw material liquid 11 in one treating tank to the raw material-transferring passage 26 of the other treating tank.</p> |
