PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem associated with a prior pad used for a diaper for nursing care, such as incidental leakage of the filth to the outside, and to provide a pad having a sufficient leakage preventing function. SOLUTION: The pad comprises a body (1) and a skin abutting face (2) which are united to form a cavity. The skin abutting face (2) has an opening (3) in the middle thereof and an adhesive tape A (4) is arranged on the arranged of the opening (3) to prevent a back flow of the filth.
