<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access control device by simplifying the processing of setting display content according to the access right of a user when setting the display content based on a program on an information providing server for providing information in response to a request from a client. <P>SOLUTION: In a relational database 20, a log-in user information table 21 authenticated by a user authentication means 3; a provision information accessible user table 22 in which the list of accessible users is stored for every identifier of information to be provided; and an information table 23 in which available information is stored for every identifier of information, which are combined to generate a log-in user available information table 25 as a virtual table.
