<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a rotary disk by which higher flatness can be obtained after press working, deburring and straightening as after-working can be abolished and the productivity can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary disk 1 having the gear tooth form 1a on the inner periphery is manufactured through a half-punching step, a punching step and a separating step. By this method of manufacturing a gear, because the shearing force of a press at the separating step is reduced, the rotary disk having the gear tooth form having high flatness and high accuracy can be manufactured only by press working. Because the direction in which the tooth-form shape is punched on the inner periphery of a blank material 1A is opposite to the direction in which the blank material is cut off from a metal sheet 3, the direction in which the burrs 1c are generated on the inner periphery of the rotary disk and the direction of burrs 1d which are generated on the outer periphery are the same. Then, the uniform face contact of both disks is possible by performing running-in rotation after assembling fixed disks on both sides of the pressed rotary disk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
